Sebastien And Dede Lagree

Sebastien and Dede Lagree are the co-CEOs of Lagree Fitness and co-owners of Lagree Fitness Studio. 

Sebastien, who has trained countless A-listers from Sofia Vergara to Jen Aniston, Courteney Cox and Nicole Kidman, is an innovator and true fitness guru. He is the creator of the wildly popular Megaformer® machine and Lagree Fitness® Method (used in more than 350+ studios worldwide).  Together in 2016, Dede and Sebastien opened up Lagree Fitness® Studio in West Hollywood, CA to launch Sebastien's newest creation, the Supra™ machine. 

Dede,  also a celebrity trainer working with celebs including Rihanna, Viola Davis and Ashley Graham, among others, owns and operates their studio.   Thanks to its huge success, with nearly 13,000 people through its doors in its first year alone and dubbed "Hollywood's Toughest Workout" by the Los Angeles Times, the duo will open their second location in 2018 with more locations planned.
