1. Pomeranz has been on the show since Season 2.

Although she doesn't appear too regularly, fans who watch the show are probably already familiar with Pomeranz, who has definitely been on Very Cavallari before thanks to her close relationship with Cavallari. She can be seen dispensing advice to the former Laguna Beach star a time or two, and she was part of the trip to Cabo that aired last season, too. Hopefully, we'll be seeing more of Pomeranz in season three, which is currently airing on E!.

Cavallari frequently shares photos with her friends on the 'Gram, Pomeranz included, who's featured in this beach pic from that trip to Cabo that was filmed for the show. They're not just friends, though; in the past, Pomeranz has worked with Cavallari on her Uncommon James line, directing her video for Spring 2017.

On the show, Pomeranz frequently talked about her surrogate (especially while she was awaiting the news that the surrogate had given birth), who helped her and her husband, Josh, welcome twins Hunter and Andie into the world in 2019. They've now become the stars of Pomeranz's Instagram account, and it really seems like she's found a lot of joy in motherhood since. They were born last January, and ever since, Pomeranz has been all about showing her followers how much they've grown.

Even though Hunter and Andie's mom is pretty famous in her own right, these two have already earned themselves some pretty impressive TV credits. They can be seen on Modern Family, where they play Sarah Hyland's character's twins, Poppy and George. Pomeranz often shares photos of the babies from the set and with the cast — although it's not clear if they plan to continue their career in acting into their childhood since Modern Family Is coming to an end very soon.

5. She's a producer and content director.

According to Pomeranz's LinkedIn page, she works as a director and producer, with major projects under her belt, including her work with Uncommon James. She's worked as a producer on reality shows like Get This Party Started and Modern Girls Guide To Life, and she also runs a nonprofit called Pom Poms and Stardust, which helps raise money for couples undergoing IVF and surrogacy.

6. She has been outspoken about her infertility journey.

Before welcoming Andie and Hunter, Pomeranz battled fertility, including losing a set of twins she was carrying herself at 22 weeks. Since then, she's been an advocate for those who have also struggle with infertility, and has opened up in interviews about her own experience

"It’s really been a journey, but, you know, I cannot believe that I can speak with such love and positivity after coming out of what I’ve gone through. But it’s all for a reason," she said in 2019. "And it’s just clearer than day now. We don’t have a lot of control. It gave me perspective and to see that I shouldn’t take anything for granted."
