This is essential to finding happiness in life. What do you really want?

If you are struggling with no direction or too many directions and need to find clarity, there are some revealing questions that will help. Set aside some time to just relax and reflect upon these questions.

Don’t force yourself to come up with all the answers if they don’t come immediately. Instead, just aim to explore the new ideas that come up or perhaps remember some you had forgotten about.

Write down whatever ideas that pop into your head. You will be surprised to see where his exercise may lead you.

Here are 7 essential questions to know what you really want to do with your life:

  • What did you dream about becoming when you were a child?
  • What would you regret not doing, being, or having in your life?
  • What activities make you lose track of time?
  • If you had to teach something, what would you teach?
  • What’s your greatest accomplishment so far?
  • What does a perfect life look like to you?

Once you have a tentative direction (or several), it’s time to dig deeper to decipher which may be the best action to take. Ask yourself 3 powerful questions:

  • "What do I want?"
  • "Why do I want it?"
  • "How will I feel when I have it?"

This will narrow down your choices very quickly. And the choice that makes you feel the best and whose why makes the most sense to you is your best selection.

2. Use The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction teaches us that what we focus on we bring to us. Good attracts good and unfortunately, bad attracts bad. What we send out, vibrationally, always comes back to us.

That’s because the Law of Attraction is impartial and non-judgmental, always saying "yes" to whatever you are focusing on. It does not distinguish if you are sending out thoughts about what you want or what you don’t want — it always sends back a match.

That’s the law — it's Quantum Physics.

We create from the inside. Our outer (physical) world is simply mirroring back to us what is going on in our inside (spiritual and energetic) world.

The Law of Attraction is always working, carrying your waves of energy and vibrations out to the Universe. Once you truly feel the essence of what you want to bring into your life, allow and trust in the power of the Universe to create it.

People and opportunities will start to flow into your life to assist you in achieving your goals. Certain synchronicity begins to bring in all you need. You are now deliberately creating.

3. Create alignment and find momentum

Alignment means finding support, creating a partnership, straight-line order and structure to improve results.

Align with your higher self (your source/inner being) and then send out your intention to the Universe, your creative partner. Don’t leave 50 percent of your creating team out in the cold. Join forces with your source and the universe by aligning with them first.

Momentum means moving forward. Momentum is taking action — some forward movement so that the universe knows you are serious about your intention. It can then start giving you inspired thoughts, sending opportunities and people in your path to help you along the way.
