About Talia Litman

As a marriage & family therapist, I am passionate about helping clients' transform their relationships—with both themselves and others. My thoughtful, engaging, and non-judgmental approach creates a welcoming environment for exploration and insight.

I received a bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Edinburgh and a master's degree in organizational psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.  After seven years as a global strategy & marketing consultant, I left the corporate world to become a psychotherapist. I completed my master's degree in marriage and family therapy at Mercy College in New York, and am currently training in sex therapy.

My approach to therapy is integrative, using shorter-term, action-based approaches alongside systemic, insight-based theories to make a lasting impact. I also bring expertise as an executive coach and a dating, sex, and relationship writer to help clients navigate today’s complex environment.
