I believe that the highest vibration you can inject into your life is happiness and laughter.  If we're alive, we want to feel it, we want to feel ALL of it.  We have all been conditioned into LIMITATION.  By society, by family and through our experiences.  If you want to find out who you really are, come and strip back some of those beliefs and concepts and ALLOW yourself to expand into your full potential and in a joyful way.

I was born in the UK and lived there until my mid-thirties. I now live in Sri Lanka, with my husband and a menagerie of animals we have rescued from the streets. I'm passionate about training and development and aware that it is continuous, for all of us.  As I get older, I realise that we are all a work in progress and that grey becomes far more prominent than black or white. I'm fascinated by animals and love interacting with them to help us raise our frequency and vibration. Spending time in nature is something I adore, and I believe in unity and human potential. I enjoy the outdoors, being creative with food, yoga, reading, dancing and movies.

Furthermore, I am also passionate about learning and the teachings hidden in ancient texts from around the world. Quite simply, I believe that the answers we're looking for are already here, either inside us on in ancient teachings left behind on earth.  You have the answers, it's about turning down the volume and noise enough to hear your intuition.

I have a background in corporate business, training and entrepreneurship spanning more than 20 years.  My career started as a restaurant and training manager for a small restaurant chain in the UK. I was so interested in catering that I chose to establish my first business, running two in-office catering outlets in London. The desire to learn more about marketing and planning led me back to the corporate world.

I worked for two data marketing companies and an advertising agency during my 13-year corporate career, offering direct marketing, data planning, and copywriting services to a wide range of market sectors.

During my years as a manager of both small and large teams, I became interested in the unique drivers behind decision-making, team dynamics, communication and performance. I spent a number of years retraining in psychology-based techniques to deepen my understanding of how individuals and teams interact, co-operate, communicate and make decisions within the workplace.

After launching my coaching and training business, I ran certified NLP, Coaching, Leadership & Business Training for business owners, managers, and individuals all over the world.  I worked with clients in the US, Europe, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Asia and Australia. My broad experience allows me to incorporate the delivery of results across cultural differences and ever-changing economic circumstances.

Over the last 14 years, I have trained and coached managers, entrepreneurs and individuals all over the world.  I now coach a number of individuals, entrepreneurs and managers, either in their location or remotely, via online media.

I also run private certified NLP Training programmes and coaching skills training.  Furthermore, I also work with individuals in the corporate field to encourage creativity, motivation alignment, emotional intelligence and Leadership.
