About Rebecca Clegg

Rebecca Clegg, LPC, CEDS-S, is a counselor specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and women's issues. She is the President and Clinical Director of Authentic Living, an Atlanta-based psychotherapy private practice specializing in the treatment of women in recovery from eating disorders, compulsive overeating, and body image issues. Rebecca is also the Co-Clinical Director of Creative Health Initiatives (CHI), and Atlanta-based group therapy program that focuses on providing outpatient groups, programs, and workshops to women.

Rebecca is also a renowned speaker and teacher in the field of Eating Disorders and has presented nationally educating clinicians on the treatment of eating disorders and body image issues. Rebecca’s writing has been featured on Recovery Warriors, Therapy Today, The National Association of Eating Disorders (NEDA) Blog, and Voice in Recovery. Her own blog, Authentic Living, hosts articles that inspire women to reclaim a balanced relationship with food and life.

In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Rebecca is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and is recognized as an approved supervisor by the International Association Of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). Rebecca is also a member of the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA); a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist; member of the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy; and a Nationally Certified Distance Counselor.
