I Believe

Therapy is about YOU.

Life involves a bunch of relationships. Relationships with ourselves, family members, lovers, children, bosses, etc. My focus as a therapist is just that, relationships. I am dedicated to helping people form healthy, productive, satisfying lives and relationships. Whether you’re single, looking for a relationship or having miscommunications and frustrations in your current relationship, I am here to help.

Relationships have great times and challenging times. Similar to a roller coaster, sometimes you feel sideways, upside down, or just cruising forward. I am here to help YOU get the relationship you want, whether that is with your existing partner, yourself, or wanting to get a partner.

My clients include both single and committed men and women — struggling with some aspect of a relationship.

That is when I can help. I provide a welcoming environment designed to assist individuals and couples as they navigate through their unique, and often complex challenges that can come up during difficult times.

I pride myself on being able to listen to your thoughts and concerns first, and then formulating solutions—with you—to help you live the fulfilling life that you want.

Therapy is about YOU.

I look forward to finding out how I can be of service to you.
