I Believe

Health is not just an absence of disease. It is about how joyfully, courageously, and enthusiastically you show up for each moment of your life.

About Jeffrey Siegel

As a health coach, I help people who feel dissatisfied with their bodies and are sick and tired of overly rigid approaches to wellness that focus only on exteriors.

If you are looking to upgrade how you take care of yourself and better manage life's challenges, I teach the science of self-care and the art of self-empowerment so you can balance our body and mind and live up to your potential.

Health is an integrated system of differentiated but linked parts — issues arise when these parts aren’t aligned.

To function optimally, we need to
dial in the interrelationship of all these dynamic systems to achieve internal alignment (physical, mental, emotional) and external alignment (culture, relationships, environment.)

I help you examine all these facets of life to understand their interconnectedness. With this insight, you can align your past, present, and future as well as the physical, emotional, and mental wellness:

  1. Wake Up: cultivate mindfulness to understand the root cause of misalignments
  2. Clean Up: make peace with the past and let go of emotional baggage
  3. Grow Up: look forward and create a vision for the future
  4. Show Up: live in the present moment with confidence

We zoom in and zoom out — moving through the continuum of these four key aspects dynamically to address exactly where you’re at through nutrition, movement, stress management, meditation, coaching, and more.

You will not find a one-size-fits-all solution. You will discover how daily actions and accountability can create sustainable change that gets you more what you want in life.

I've helped clients find wellness solutions to everything from chronic stress, poor sleep, crappy nutrition, inadequate exercise, eating challenges, weight management, body image issues, emotional reactivity, relational friction and more.

My unique background combines many disciplines, from neuroscience, to adult development, to mindfulness, to eating psychology. I hold a Masters degree in Mind & Brain Education from Harvard University and a Masters in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong.
