About Jeffrey Siegel

I help men who feel "off their game," dissatisfied with their bodies, and are sick and tired of rigid approaches to healthy living that never seem to work.

If you are looking to upgrade how you take care of yourself and better manage life's challenges, I teach the science of self-care and the art of self-empowerment so you can live up to your potential.

To function optimally, you need to respect the fact that you are a dynamic system:

  • You're not just your thoughts.
  • You're not just your body.
  • You're not just your roles and responsibilities in the world.
  • You are all of these and so much more.

The key is understanding their interconnectedness and getting all these pieces to fit together rather than fight with each other.

Working together, we will zoom in and zoom out — moving through the continuum of these four key areas:

  1. Waking Up: cultivate mindfulness to understand the root cause of your issues.
  2. Cleaning Up: make peace with your past and let go of emotional baggage holding you back.
  3. Growing Up: look forward and create a vision of your future self you know you can become.
  4. Showing Up: live in the present moment with confidence and energy.

You will not find a one-size-fits-all solution.

You will discover how daily actions and accountability can create sustainable change that gets you more what you want in life.

You will learn how to dynamically address exactly what's troubling you by mastering your:

  • Nutrition,
  • Movement,
  • Stress management,
  • Mindset,
  • And more.

I help clients find wellness solutions to everything from chronic stress to low self-esteem with a special focus on evolving out of eating challenges, weight struggles, body image issues, procrastination, and emotional reactivity.

My unique background combines many disciplines, from neuroscience, to adult development, to mindfulness, to eating psychology. I hold a Masters degree in Mind & Brain Education from Harvard University and a Masters in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong.
