Eric Williams Success Stories

Marriage and Military Life

Married couples

As a recently married woman to a servicemember and a mother of two kids under the age of 10 and another on the way, not to mention newly located to a new state, I found myself at times to be in way over my head.more

I contacted Military One Source with a personal S.O.S.! This agency located a few different marital therapists that specialized in my kind of situation.

Eric was one of the few that actually called me back promptly and the only one that struck a chord.

I went into this with fear in my heart that I wouldn't be understood and would be more discouraged than I came - this was not the case.

Eric offered not only a a sympathetic ear (ladies your husband can only take so much; sometimes we need a professional!) in a nonjudgmental environment, but he offered real world advice I could apply. The funny thing is I went in there speaking on my behalf and that of my husband's, and I always left my conversations feeling like Eric included both us in his feedback.

Eric is able to connect on a level that helps to bring solidarity and clarity into a somewhat hectic and mostly misunderstood lifestyle of a servicemember and their spouse's - something I need and value greatly.

I recommend Eric highly if you are looking for a professional therapist who can help with kindness and humor and can expertly navigate these often murky waters of matrimony, military life, and parenthood.

Eric has definitely enriched my life and that of my family's.
