The only thing more interesting than celebrities is their celebrity children! Perhaps the most well-known is Goldie Hawn and her famous children, Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson. But Hawn has another son with long-time partner, Kurt Russell. Kate has stated that Bill Hudson, her biological father, “doesn't know me from a hole in the wall,” and considers Russell her father.
Hawn and Russell have a son, 33-year-old Wyatt Russell, who you’ve seen in Black Mirror, Ingrid Goes West, 22 Jump Street, This Is 40, and is also a former ice hockey player. He has much to celebrate because in addition to his acting credits and being the son of famous actors, over Labor Day weekend, he wed his long-time girlfriend, Meredith Hagner.

1. They met on set.
In 2016, the couple met and fell in love while filming Folk Hero & Funny Guy, much like his parents, who met on the set of the film Swing Shift in 1983. They made their first appearance as a couple at the Maui Film Festival that same year.
It also seems that Russell is incredibly supportive of Hagner, revealing to People that he binge-watched Search Party, a show that Hagner wife was in: “She’s a fantastic actress and also my girlfriend!”
2. They got engaged in 2018.
In December 2018, Hagner made a post on Instagram announcing their engagement. “The love of my dang life proposed to me. He is the best guy in the world. It was an epic surprise surrounded by our closest family and I would give the proposal 5 stars on yelp!!!!!” she captioned it.
3. They wed in Goldie Hawn’s home.
On September 2, the couple tied the knot at Russell’s mother’s home in Aspen, Colorado, where the Hawn-Russell family vacations. In attendance were his mom and dad, of course, as well as Kate and Oliver, and their half-brother, Boston Russell.
The wedding had a western theme, and Kate and Oliver were spotted wearing full frontier clothing, with stetsons and bandanas. Guests arrived in school buses, and there was also a mechanical bull!
4. She’s also an actress.
Like her husband, she’s appeared in many films and television shows. After graduating high school, she moved to New York City for acting opportunities and was cast in television and radio ads for Acuvue, JCPenney, Radio Shack, and more. In 2008, she made her debut in As the World Turns and was nominated for an Emmy in 2009.
She then made the switch to primetime television and movies. She’s had roles in Lights Out, Royal Pains, In Plain Sight, CSI: Miami, The Following, Men at Work, and is most known for playing Portia in Search Party. She also starred as Cam in the series Strangers, and appeared in Ingrid Goes West (in which Wyatt Russell starred) andVeep.
5. She’s his second wife.
Russell was previously married to Sanne Hamers, a Dutch stylist. The two met while he was playing hockey in the Netherlands. They tied the knot in 2014, separated in 2015, and amicably divorced in 2017.
