Jesse Watters' divorce has been finalized.

The 40-year-old Fox News anchor split with his wife Noelle of nearly 10 years after having an affair with his associate producer Emma Digiovine. Noelle filed for divorce back in October 2017 and shortly after Watters informed Fox News of his relationship with Digiovine, age 25 at the time.

A Fox News Spokeswoman, Digiovine left the network soon after and joined the Ingraham Angle after she stopped working on Watters World. Fox News has had numerous sexual harassment issues including Roger Ailes, Fox News founder, and Bill O'Reilly, Fox News star.

Immediately after Watters told the chief of human resources about the relationship, it was decided that Digiovine should be moved to another program. Though the relationship was consensual Watters name is still attached to the other Fox Newsmen who have been caught up in scandals.

Fox News has since implemented sexual harassment training.

Jesse, who also met Noelle at Fox News, had twin girls with his now ex-wife in 2011, two years after they got married.

So who is Jesse Watters? Here's what you need to know about Jesse Watters along with the alleged affair that reportedly led to the end of his marriage.

1. He is the host for Watters' World.

Watters became the host for the TV show in January 2017. He takes on the role of an ambush journalist who talks with his guests about anything from politics to pop culture. The show airs every Saturday night at 8 p.m. On his most recent episode Watters talks with his guest about the attorney general and the viewing of the Mueller Report after a two-year investigation.

In an interview with Philadelphia Daily News, Watters was asked if people being annoyed with him made for good TV. His response was "I try to make it enjoyable for the person I'm interviewing. We always come away from the interview all smiles, for the most part. And it's always fun to come back and look at the footage and say, 'Oh my gosh, what just happened?'”

2. Supporter of President Trump

This may come off as a surprise since he was raised by liberal parents, but Watters is a conservative and known supporter of President Trump. In his interview with Philadelphia Daily News, Watters also stated that his parents didn't raise him to be who he is politically but that they did teach him to have respect for others.

According to Daily News, he is among the cast of Fox News personalities who maintain an unwavering allegiance to the president. Watters has even had dinner with the president at the White House at the beginning of March.

A source told the Daily Beast that Trump invited him to the White House along with Sebastian Gorka because he enjoyed watching them on TV. The trio was able to discuss politics, his administration and content produced by Fox News.

Trump could even be found thanking Watters for his clip on bashing the media and agreeing that Trump has a right to feel the way he does about "fake news."

3. This isn't the first time Watters' actions have been questioned.

Back in 2017, Watters was under fire for a comment and hand gesture he made towards President Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump. His comment came after Ivanka visited Berlin and received boos after agreeing with her father's stance on women. According to USA Today, Journalist Yashar Ali captured Watters saying, “So I don’t really get what’s going on here, but I really liked how she was speaking into that microphone.”

Critics all over viewed Watters remark as sexual in nature. Watters denied that his comments were about anything other than her voice.

All that is known is that Noelle did request that Jesse be responsible for her legal fees when she filed for divorce. It is still not certain if a judge ever approved her request. According to the New York Daily News, a court official stated the two parties were scheduled for their first day of divorce trial Wednesday but failed to appear. Instead, both parties called in to say that the case had already been settled.

According to multiple sources, including the Daily News, Watters and Digiovine are still openly dating. The now 26-year-old regularly posts photos of the couple on her social media account. Her earliest photos date all the way back to September 2018 when the rumors were still going around as to whether or not she was to blame for the end of Watters marriage to Noelle.

The couple had a mini photo shoot on their trip to the Dominican Republic to bring in the New Year.
