They took to Instagram to mourn Felicite's death.
Instagram Phoebe and Daisy Tomlinson mourn the death of their sister Felicite Tomlinson, who died of an apparent heart attack on Wednesday.
The 14-year-old twins were very close to Felicite, 18, and her death has taken a huge toll on the Tomlinson family.
Felicite, a model and social media influencer, was reportedly found unresponsive in her London apartment after police were called by London Ambulance Service following reports of a female in cardiac arrest. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
One Direction's Louis Tomlinson was left "devastated and distraught" over the news of Felicite's passing, which came just two years after his mom died of leukemia in 2016.
So who Daisy and Phoebe Tomlinson? Here's what you need to know about Louis Tomlinson's twin sisters.
1. They mourned Felicite on Instagram.
The twins took to Instagram to mourn the loss of their older sister.
“Words don’t even begin to describe how shocked and broken hearted we all are,” Phoebe captioned a black and white picture of Felicite. “You were my best friend, sister, motivator and person that could make me laugh until I cried. I’m lost without you and the thought of never seeing you again scares me like you wouldn’t believe. I will love you forever and ever and you and mama will have a place in my heart until the day I die. Please tell me your watching over us and that you will always remember the way we all laughed together. Our memories will stay with me forever. We made so many.
"I remember me, Dais, Lotts and you all sleeping in the same room on two bunk beds and we’d chat all night about random things that made us giggle," she continued. "You were the best at story telling. Mummy needed you and you desperately needed her. I’m so glad your together now and she has you to rub her feet in heaven like you used to. I pray that you’re in a better place now. We love you like you wouldn’t believe. Fly high my beautiful sister."
Daisy wrote a similar heartbreaking message.
“this is the fourth time I’ve tried to write this. No words will come close to explaining how broken I am, once again," Daisy wrote. "My precious sister. My heart is bleeding. I keep imagining and praying they have the wrong person. Not my sister, my best friend.” She later went on to share a sweet anecdote about Felicite, adding, “it was only a few weeks ago that we were sat on the sofa bed at 3am drinking tea, eating French fries and chatting about the future. You told me about all your plans. We were excited. I pushed you away when you tried cuddling me, I thought I would have so many more chances to do that. I would cuddle you a million times over if you were still here, with me. Protecting me from this cruel world. I can still feel your arms wrapping around my waist and your lips kissing my head. I can hear your voice. I want to hold you, keep you safe. Tell you how much you meant to me and how much I adored you. I’m frightened without you. You’ve left me feeling alone. Mama needed you. i hope you are happier up there with her. make sure you don’t forget about us. keep us in your conversations. i have two angels now, watching over me. i can’t wait to make you both so proud of me."
2. They are identical twins.
Daisy and Phoebe are identical twins and are hard to tell apart. They share the exact same big blue eyes, long, brown hair and taste in fashion.
3. They are popular on social media.
The twins have racked up quite a following on social media at just 14 years old. Daisy has 641,000 followers on Instagram and Phoebe has 594,000. The two often tag clothing lines and other companies in their posts and regularly get tens of thousands of likes on each photo.
4. They have five siblings.
Phoebe and Daisy two of seven children in the Tomlinson family, although they don't all share the same father.
Louis, 27, is the oldest of the bunch. His biological dad, Troy Austin, divorced Johannah when he was a toddler. When his mom remarried, Louis took his stepfather's last name.
Mark Tomlinson fathered Charlotte (Lottie), Félicité, Daisy, and Phoebe before he and Johannah divorced.
In 2013, Johannah had another set of twins with her then-fiance Dan Deakin, whom she married in 2014. The twins, Ernest and Doris Deakin, are the youngest in the family and were two when their mother passed away.
5. They are very close to their siblings.
The teens often post pictures with their siblings, especially each other, with captions that show just how close the Tomlinson kids are.
"Just me and my favourite person ever," Phoebe captioned a pic with Lottie. They also often refer to their youngest siblings as their "babies."
"You are the most special little girl to me and I will never ever let you be in need of anything! I will hold you and never let you be alone," Daisy wrote of Doris along with a photo of the two pinky-promising to stay together forever.
