There's going to be a new Love & Hip Hop: New York baby! Kimbella Vanderhee revealed on the March 11 reunion special that she and her long-time love Juelz Santana are expecting their thrid child together. In fact, Kimbella was so glowing that the host of the reunion, Nina Parker, suspected something was up with her. When she told Kimbella how great she looked, she stood up and unbuttoned her jacket to reveal her baby bump. Kimbella's husband said, "She decided to stop taking birth control, and you know me — my (inaudible) were ready to go! Know what I mean?" Then Kimbella revealed the baby's gender by saying, "He is popping!" Who is Juelz Santana?
1. They just got married!
Kimbella and Juelz got married on January 10, 2019 in a private ceremony in New Jersey after ten years of dating and two children together. Juelz proposed in November. He was on stage in front of a crowd of people at the Apollo Theatre and said, “This my lady. She’s been rocking with me for a long, long time. She stuck it out with [me] through the ups and downs. I love you, baby. You’re my queen and I want to do this in front of everybody right here.”
2. He's in prison
The Love & Hip Hop: New York reunion special was taped last month. Santana was sentenced to 27 months in prison for attempting to bring a loaded handgun and non-prescription Oxycodone pills onto a plane. The gun and pills were discovered in his carry-on as he went through security at Newark Airport in New Jersey. Santana attemped to flee the scene via taxi. He turned himself in three days later. He was facing up to 20 years in prison for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He is serving time at a medium security prison in Hopewell, Virginia. After the 27 month sentence, Santana will be under supervision for an additional 12 months.
3. He is a rapper
Juelz Santana was born LaRon Louis James on February 18, 1982. He is from the Harlem area of New York City and is a rapper and actor. He is a member of the hip hop group The Diplomats.
4. She is 6 months pregnant
Kimbella is six months pregnant with the couple's third child. Juelz will miss the birth of his son and the first year and a half or so of his life due to his prison sentence. Kimbella and Juelz also have a daughter named Bella and son named Juelz. Kimbella also has a son named Leonardo from a previous relationship.
5. After prison
When Juelz gets out of prison he will be regularly drug tested to ensure that he remains clean and sober. His first test will have to be completed within 15 days of his release. There will be two more drug tests at random times at his probation officer’s discretion.
