Beck — whose real name is Bek David Campbell — and Ribisi got married in 2004. The celebration was a small and private affair held on April 4 at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito outside of Santa Barbara. It was both Beck and Ribisi's first marriage.

Some of her big credits include Clint Eastwood's True CrimePleasantville, and The Brady Bunch Movie. She's also been featured in TV shows like FelicityFriends, Grace Under Fire, Watching Ellie and Tales of the City. She is probably best known for playing the redheaded nerd Cynthia in the iconic 1993 movie Dazed and Confused.

4. They have some interesting family members and histories.

Ribisi and her brother, actor Giovanni Ribisi, were born in Los Angeles (along with another sister) to parents Gay, a manager of actors and writers, and Al, a musician. Giovanni Ribisi is known for his roles in Avatar, Ted, My Name Is Earl, Friends, Boiler Room and Saving Private Ryan

And oddly enough, Beck's mother, Bibbe Hansen, reportedly delivered her future daughter-in-law when she was being born.

Ribisi's father once wrote about the unique first names of his children and grandchildren in a column.

"Marissa is the proud owner of a first name rarely heard outside of Sicily—'Santina.' And the only place outside of the Great Republic of Italia where you’ll hear the name Santina is when her brother addresses her in pet-name speak. All of this adds to the mess and the mouthful that is being a Ribisi."

"Then there’s Cosimo Henri. Cosimo, after the most famous Medici, the sponsor of Michelangelo! Wow! He’s smarter than me and he’s only five! Plus he was born on my birthday. It doesn’t get any better than this even with tomato sauce with some pecorino cheese sprinkled on top! Better, that is, until we had Tuesday Valentina. What personality, what a smile! What a doll."

5. She's a Scientologist.

Beck and Ribisi are both practicing Scientologists, as well as Ribisi's twin brother.

It's not totally clear when Ribisi started practicing Scientology, Beck has talked in length about how the religion has changed their lives.

"Scientology has helped me recently. And Marissa too. A lot of people think of it as a religion, and sometimes they have trouble getting their heads around something that doesn’t involve a deity. And I think if someone is making a judgment when they don’t really have firsthand experience, it’s intolerant, which to me is kind of insidious."

However, she used to speak about Scientology on her website, which looks like its no longer public.

"Before Scientology my life seemed direction-less. I knew there were things I wanted to accomplish in life, but I didn’t know how to get there or where to start. I was worried. I worried a lot, even at a young age."

She also credits any success she had in her career to Scientology.

“By the time I finished that course I felt like a new person and three months later I got my first film with a major studio (Dazed and Confused).”

6. She's still supporting her ex on social media.

Just a few days before he would file for divorce, Ribisi shared screenshots of Beck's Grammy wins on Instagram.

"Congrats @beck on these 2 awesome wins. So well-deserved!" she captioned the post. Meanwhile, she and his children are all but absent from his social media.
