Fresh off her infamous shoe-throwing fiasco with Nicki Minaj during New York Fashion Week, Cardi B is facing new charges for her alleged involvement in a fight occurring at a New York City strip club.

The New York Times is reporting that on Monday, the rapper turned herself into police in Flushing, Queens and is charged with one count of assault and two counts of reckless endangerment. All three charges are misdemeanors.

She turned herself into police and has to report back to court on Oct. 29.

Cardi, who has no prior arrests in New York, could face a maximum of up to one year in prison or three years probation.

She doesn't seem to concerned about jail time though. Cardi and Offset were seen out on a strip club date dancing on a floor of dollar bills just days after her arrest. It could have been a pre-birthday celebration as the rapper's 26th birthday Oct. 11. Offset already gifted her a new Lamborghini.

Cardi has yet to comment on the incident and has only spoken through her lawyer.

We’re aware of no evidence that she caused anybody any harm on that night,” Jeff Kern told press outside the police station on Monday. “We expect that the matter is going to be resolved expeditiously.”

So, what went down?

According to Hollywood Life, on August 29, Cardi B and her husband, Offset, were in attendance at the Angels Strip Club in Queens. While at the venue, Cardi then confronted two female bartenders — Jade and Baddie Gi — and accused one woman of having an affair with Offset.

She is then said to have told members of her entourage to attack the two women with bottles and chairs, which led to injuries. However, TMZ reports that the women claim Cardi did throw at least one bottle during the incident. Jade and Baddie did not seek medical attention.

Joseph Tacopina is the lawyer representing Jade and Baddie Gi.

“Apparently, she thinks her celebrity status puts her above the law since she has bragged to multiple people and on social media that she orchestrated these vicious attacks. But reality is setting in," Tacopina said.

Though she may not face jail time, Cardi could pay up in a civil lawsuit, if Jade and Baddie Gi choose to file one.

"In terms of civil liability, as the alleged victims already have hired an attorney, it seems clear that they are interested in suing Cardi B. Most of these types of cases end in settlements," New York criminal defense attorney Julie Rendelman told Hollywood Life.

"The amount of any type of settlement depends on many factors, including the actual injuries that resulted from the alleged assault and the strength of the evidence. Alleged complainants in civil suits can seek millions of dollars to resolve the case, although suing for millions doesn’t mean at the end of the day, that’s what they will receive.”
