A woman claims Ed Westwick held her hostage in his L.A. home for 48 hours as a sex slave.

Westwick, 30, was previously accused of raping two women and is now back in headlines for sexually assaulting Hayley Freedman, an aspiring stylist.

She has filed a lawsuit that details the account of her alleged sexual captivity.

Though media outlets and Westwick himself have supposedly given her a difficult time coming forward with her story, she has finally obtained a way to name her alleged rapist.

Here is everything you need to know about the claims that Ed Westwick sexually assaulted Hayley Freedman:

1. She is NOT suing Westwick.

The lawsuit filed by Freedman doesn’t mention the Gossip Girl star as a defendant, TMZ reports.

Instead, she is suing her former business partners who reportedly cut ties with her when she went public with the allegations.

She also claims that after an interview about the situation, the outlet she spoke with received text messages that incorrectly labeled her as "unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous."

2. She said the incident began with consensual sex.

The lawsuit states that she was hanging out with a group of people at Westwick’s home in 2014. Once everyone left, she and Westwick had consensual sex until he asked her to do things she wasn't comfortable with.

3. Westwick strangled, slapped, and spit on Freedman.

Freedman claimed “things turned dark when he asked her to strangle him, slap him and spit on him,” according to TMZ.

The lawsuit goes on to say that when Freedman refused to do what he asked, Westwick did those things to her.

4. She claims he sexually assaulted her the next day.

Freedman said she spent the night at Westwick’s house after they had sex.

According to TMZ, Westwick allegedly “became sexual with her again, against her will,” while she was taking a shower the next morning.

5. Freedman said she was out of it the whole time.

The lawsuit claims Freedman stayed at Westwick’s place for two nights and was “out of it” the entire time she was there.

It goes on to say that she was unaware of where she was and couldn’t get service on her cell phone.

6. Media outlets thought she made the story up.

Sources close to Westwick told TMZ that Freedman was just “trying to get her story out in the media but couldn’t because media outlets determined she was lying.”

Freedman claims that Westwick threatened that he would sue her because he had proof her story was a lie.

According to Westwick, he had relatives over at the time she claims to have been stranded at his place.

8. This isn’t the first time Westwick has been accused of rape.

It is actually the third time someone has claimed to have been sexually assaulted by the actor.

Kristina Cohen claimed Westwick raped her at his place back in 2014, Hollywood Life reports. She first spoke about the incident via a detailed Facebook post.

“I told him to stop, but he was strong,” the post reads. “I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f*** me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.”

Westwick denied the allegation in a Twitter post.

“I do not know this woman,” he wrote. “I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”

A second woman accused Westwick of sexually assaulting her in 2014.

Aurelie Wynn called out the actor in a Facebook post as well, where she claimed she didn’t want to be “that girl” but was given the courage to speak out after Cohen came forward.

“I said no and he pushed my face down and was powerless under his weight,” she claims. “I was wearing a one-piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny.”
