Exercise is hard to do, so finding the perfect workout that will motivate you to keep on going can be tough. Luckily, your zodiac sign and astrology are there to help you figure out what's best for you and your personality. 

For some people, fitness is exciting, motivating and full of possibilities. To others, it means sweat, blood, and lots of tears.

It's true that there are people who are more inclined to want to lace up their shoes and get going more than others.
