Ever have those days where you feel extra emotional? Or those days where even small things overwhelm you? If you’re a highly sensitive person, you probably feel things more intensely and are probably more easily stimulated than others.
When you’re sensitive, you can sometimes get easily overwhelmed. Multitasking might wear you out, and being around too many people in a loud, crowded room can be completely draining.
You might even react strongly to emotional experiences that many people aren't typically phased by.
Being sensitive can definitely make life seem more difficult at times, but it isn’t necessarily a weakness. Sensitive people have rich inner worlds and can pick up subtleties that other people miss.

Sensitive people also tend to be more empathetic. If you’re a sensitive person, your friends probably confide in you and ask for advice or to rant, because you know exactly how they feel and can say just the right thing.
