Grab your popcorn (and probably your tissues), because the Tanners are BACK.
After what feels like a lifetime of watching trailer teasers on Facebook, Netflix announced today that the show “Fuller House” was now streaming on Netflix. With 13 episodes in the first season, I predict getting absolutely nothing done today.
As we mentally prepare ourselves for the rollercoaster of emotions the show is guaranteed to put us through, let’s take a moment to honor the one familiar face we won’t see during this beloved family revival: the great Michelle Tanner.
Though there were tons of rumors why Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen would not be joining the rest of the cast, the truth is finally out — and it really isn’t a big deal.
"Ashley said, 'I have not been in front of a camera since I was 17, and I don't feel comfortable acting,' " executive producer Bob Boyett recently told PEOPLE. "Mary-Kate said, It would have to be me because Ash doesn't want to do it. But the timing is so bad for us."
So while we’ll miss the adventures of who was arguably the sassiest Tanner sister, we can at least reminisce on the words of the wisest TV toddler:
