Matthew Perry Selling Malibu Rehab Mansion (See Pics!)

Matthew Perry, former 'Friends' star, giving a thumbs up sign

Matthew Perry, best known for his wisecracking, sardonic character Chandler from Friends, just put his Malibu mansion back on the market -- and he sliced the price down by a million bucks!

(Of course, it's still not cheap: He's currently asking for $12.5 million instead of $13.5 million!)

Perry previously listed the property for about five months from 2011 to 2012, but while waiting for a buyer, Perry converted his pad into a sober living center. Perry famously battled his own addictions to Vicodin, methadone, alcohol and amphetamines from 1997 to 2001.

The mansion is a sleek, modern design with tons of waterfront views and 2.32 acres to wander around in. Aside from the amenities in the photos below, the home also has an outdoor firepit, sliding glass doors all over and beautiful gardens.

A view like this is priceless!
