Tori Spelling has been having a rough couple of months.  She spent a week in the hospital recently for severe bronchitis and possible pneumonia. And, her husband Dean McDermott, the father of her four kids, admitted to cheating earlier this year, and the drama is still playing out on her  TV show.

Many of her fans feel for Tori, since she and McDermott came off as so in love and they are facing the toughest trial of their marriage. She has also been accused of faking the scandal for ratings, since the woman who had the alleged affair with McDermott has gone MIA in the wake of the reveal, which usually isn't the case. Having an affair with a celeb often leads to instant stardom for a previously unknown.
