In Hollywood, mimicking is the sincerest form of flattery. Right?

Seems like Robert Pattinson has a severe case of the ex. Despite publicly announcing his split with Kristen Stewart last month, recent pictures of him spotted in L.A. with a K-Stew look-alike prove he might be having a harder than expected time separating from his Twilight co-star.
So who's this mystery lady? Actress/model Riley Keough, Lisa Marie Presley's daughter and granddaughter to Elvis Presley. Yup, she's like rock and roll royalty.
At first glance, Riley's uninterested look and tousseled hair could easily pass for Kristen Stewart's signature style. Maybe K-Stew shared a few beauty tips while they were together on the set of The Runaways?
Ouch, that's cold.
But is Rob upgrading? Or keeping up with the trend we've seen amongst celebrity men: date your ex's replica.
Case in point, Eva Longoria's ex Tony Parker announced his engagement to French journalist Axelle Francine after the NBA finals in June. Oddly enough, the side-by-side comparison proves that Axelle could pass for a pint-size Latina with a few accessories and a couple of highlights.
But nothing beats Reggie Bush's baby mama, Lilit Avagyan, who is practically a mirror image of his ex Kim Kardashian … right down to all her best ass-ets. Ironically, Lilit even gave birth to their daughter a month before Kim was rushed to the hospital to deliver baby North West with fiancé, Kanye West.
In their defense, if something looks good on me, I buy it in every color. So maybe men are becoming more attuned with fashion and going with arm candy they know looks good on them.
Or maybe they're simply not over their better halves and are still coming to terms with the separation. In which case, Kristen, Eva and Kim should all be flattered by their unknown twinsies.
But it's most likely just another Hollywood trend: When one relationship fails, replace her with a newer (but not always better) version of the old model.
Either way, Hollywood love is fleeting. What lasts forever are shameless selfies, sex tapes and reality stars:
