When is YOUR favorite time of day to have sex?
How do you start your day? Yoga? Shower? Coffee? Or do you get right to the good stuff? Well, if you're not one of the 34 percent of Americans who start their day with some frisky action, maybe you should join their ranks. Perhaps by next year we can get that percentage up to 50 — what do you say? We've already kicked the usual and mundane evening time (at 26 percent) in the gut, so let's go for the gold on this one and make morning sex even more of a popular option. The middle of the night, by the way, trails behind at 23 percent, perhaps because we're just too lazy to get anything "done" then.
However, for some people, all of these options lack excitement. It's this 9 percent of daredevils who like to leave work in the middle of the day to get some action (someone high-five them) and really make their work day something worth bragging about to their buddies over happy hour. The remaining 8 percent of those surveyed also enjoyed daytime lovin', but were, ahem, responsible enough to keep it to lunchtime only. Sounds rather boring to me. After all, if you're not getting a quick orgasm in before your board meeting, you're missing out. Am I right?
No matter when you choose to do it, just make sure you're getting some excitement between the sheets (or on the kitchen counter, or in the restaurant bathroom...) An active and fulfilling sex life is the way to go if you want to keep your brain and body happy. And it will almost always give your skin a delightful glow, which, if you ask me, is far cheaper (and more fun) than any facial.
