Could Kim be creepin' on hew new fiance?

The shine on Kim Kardashian's 20-carat bling has temporarily tarnished. Currently, Kardashian is fighting off allegations that she carried on a five-month secret relationship with a professional athlete that wasn't Kris Humphries—while dating Kris Humphries. In the new In Touch Weekly, New Englands Patriot footballer Bret Lockett is sharing his story of being "pursued" by the buxom reality babe.
"I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does," Lockett told the tab (via Popeater), amid stories that the two traded flirty sexts back and forth after Kim's friend Lauren London connected the two. "I hope she's happy."
Well, Bret, actually she's not happy—in fact, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is steaming mad and cooking up numerous lawsuits. She maintains that she's never even met the NFL star and that he's only doing this for attention; she also slams the way the supposed texts were written, saying Lockett threw in the word "doll" to make it sound like her. (One gem read, "Why don’t you put in effort to try and make me your girlfriend, doll?") Today, Kardashian took to her Celebuzz blog to tell her side of the story:
"This guy should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story in a sad attempt to ruin my relationship!?!?! It’s just shameful and this guy should feel ashamed and humiliated," she wrote. "I'll be damned if anyone, especially some loser I’ve never even met, is going to try to come between Kris and me."
