About Zuva Seven
Born in Zimbabwe, ZUVA is a spoken word artist, poet and freelance writer.
As a member of the UoL slam team, she placed in the Unislam2018 semifinals. Thus winning the CUPSI 2018 prize. Mentored by both Vanessa Kisuule and Toby Champion, they then represented the UK in Philadelphia.
She is a Roundhouse Top 12 Finalist 2018. Most recently she co-coached/mentored and facilitated workshops with the UoL team, representing the university again at the national poetry slam festival, this year reaching the finals.
Breaking the previous university record for the second year in a row.
She has written articles for various publications including; Black Ballad, Huffington Post, Human Parts and ZORA.
She is a Top Writer on 7 Medium tags.
