As an innovative and up-and-coming wellness and life coach, Mystique Hargrove is all about finding the goddess from within. From life coaching and consulting to providing wellness services to women in need, Mystique is all about taking one's life back, their quality of freedom and embracing one's true discovery of happiness and healing! 

Growing up in a small town in North Carolina, Mystique witnessed tragedies and miracles from both sides of her family. From one side of the family paying no attention to their health which resulted in early deaths from complications of addiction, diabetes, heart disease and other illnesses, all while her maternal grandmother took pride in teaching her at the young of age 5, generations of herbal remedies and regimens of holistic advocating.

Mystique chose to take the path of positive wellness and illness prevention in order to break the cycle of health tragedies by changing her past life choices into improved life decisions such as a healthier choice in love/dating, physical, spiritual and mental wellness and embracing her goddess status! 

Mystique's background as a professional dancer as well as dance instructor has turned her passion to currently push her path into an active yogi (whenever she can squeeze in some namaste time as a single mother). Earning her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mystique plans to establish and birth her vision through the focus of mentoring outreach youth.
