My own healing journey began 16 years ago with a severe illness, then a Near Death Experience a few years later which led me to pursue a new direction in life.
I have been working in holistic healing for over a decade. As a survivor of over three decades of narcissistic abuse, my specialty is now narcissistic abuse recovery.
My mission is to help abuse survivors to self-heal and thrive in life with new levels of self-awareness, empowerment and purpose.
My holistic approach to coaching and integration is a valuable complement to traditional psychotherapy.
