I created Clinical Concepts in Sexual Health to help people explore the role of sexuality in their lives and achieve optimal sexual health and satisfaction. I am an assistant professor of Psychiatry at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine and an associate professor of psychiatry at Northeast Ohio Medical University. I have an office in Los Angeles and also provide online intimacy and relationship coaching.

After earning my masters degree in clinical social work in 1994, I completed a 5-year post graduate fellowship in clinical sexuality at a private, university-affiliated sex clinic in Cleveland Ohio. My scope of practice includes medical sex therapy, male and female sexual dysfunction, sex addiction, LGBT issues, BDSM, and extra-marital affairs.
