I am a counselor/therapist and have worked with thousands of children, adolescents and adults. Using mindfulness and awareness, I have discovered that self-realization has the most transformative impact on how we relate to ourselves, others and the world. My work is called Embodied Realization which is the direct discovery of who you are in Truth.
Embodying this reality, opens you into the freedom of complete self-acceptance which shifts everything in your life. You no longer perceive yourself as separate. You return back home into the wholeness that you are and have always been.
