I am a couples counselor and psychotherapist in Seattle, WA. I work out of my office in Wallingford, where I see many couples every week, helping them navigate the multiple layers of an intimate relationship. I also see individual clients, many who have struggled with maintaining themselves in a relationship, and are taking the opportunity to grow in therapy so they can find a sense of who they are and what makes them feel alive.
I’m currently serving as a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) Ambassador, having been trained in the PACT approach to couples therapy for several years by Dr. Stan Tatkin. I’ve dedicated myself to additional training and education in couples therapy, including and beyond the PACT method.
