I am a Keynote Speaker, Author, and trained as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, Coach. I offer empowerment and confidence building keynotes to my audiences. Working together; my leadership and business trainings, personal development and team building seminars, are designed to move you and/or your team/organization in the right direction to accomplish desired goals.

I have authored several books including Joy for Today Devotional, Defining Moments & Co-author of Inspired Women Succeed.

I hold a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and Master's in Business Administration degree from The School of Leadership Studies at Regent University, Virginia (USA); as well as a bachelor's degree in Social Work - with a Spanish minor - from Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma (USA)

My leadership speaking business was launched immediately upon completing my doctoral studies from Regent University in 2005. My interests include working with leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, mental health professionals, among others in business. As the Founder and CEO of Hopelyn International Network my life mission is to help leaders take growth steps to create success and effectiveness in their areas of influence.

I host mastermind groups, speak at conferences, and conduct training seminars throughout North America, Europe, and the Caribbean - both online and face-to-face; helping aspiring leaders to develop greater effectiveness and growth.
