Rebecca Lucente graduated UConn in 2003 with a B.A. in English, Concentration in Creative Writing. She lived in Miami for years where she wrote for MiamiBeach411.com and was published in the Miami New Times. She recently moved back to the shoreline of Connecticut and and began freelancing for the New Haven Advocate. She is the assistant editor of PoeticMindset.com, and has published poetry in a number of literary magazines and poetry websites. She plans to go for her MFA in the next two years. Also, she is wildly impulsive. And loves her some social media.
