I’m an intuitive, coach and teacher , and it’s my goal to help individuals through a holistic approach in discovering balance, peace and harmony in their personal and business lives. Although I do not practice as a psychotherapist anymore, I still hold a license as a mental health counselor (LMHC). I am also certified as a coach and aromatherapist. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and I hold certificates in chakra balancing and akashic records.
Truth be known, I prefer to call myself a guide rather than a therapist or coach. My most favorite way to engage with a person is through the written word. I have come to call this "Restorative Soul Writing." I respond to a person's deepest thoughts and concerns in a reflective and intuitive way. The healing happens within the act of writing and brings out the soul confidante in each of us. In essence, we engage in letter writing.
You don't have to love to write. Just be willing to express yourself via the written word in a few paragraphs. That's all I need to tune in!
