Women With High Mental & Emotional Integrity Usually Say 7 Phrases In Casual Conversation
amirreza momennia | Unsplash People are often easy to please, and many times they’re even easier to read. It doesn’t take much to impress most people, and many women with high mental and emotional integrity have an innate ability to naturally make others feel loved and seen.
Most of the time, people will turn into putty in your hands if you have integrity and say the right things to them. Sadly, many of us don’t think to say these things too often. People like to feel needed and appreciated, and when they accomplish something they believe to be significant, they want you to acknowledge them and applaud their efforts.
Women with high mental and emotional integrity usually say these phrases casually:
1. 'I’ll pay the tab this time'

Most of the time, one person in a platonic, romantic, or familial relationship has to do all the legwork when they are going out. This includes planning, paying the bill, and also carting around the group. If you want to show them your appreciation, offer to pay the full tab next time you’re out.
This shows that you don't just expect them to foot the bill all the time and that you don't take them for granted. You want to treat them and share the burden by offering to cover the bill, and women of integrity instinctively know that.
2. 'Wow, you’re strong'
Whether they like to admit it or not, everyone has a side of themselves with a macho streak. Yes, they want to impress whoever's watching with their feat of strength. Saying this will make them melt or even blush. After all, just because they don't talk about it, we can all be incredibly self-conscious and find ourselves comparing ourselves to everyone else in the gym.
So, just like you might be flattered if someone told you how amazing your body is in a particular outfit or even as you're just waking up, this can be an equally meaningful compliment for them.
3. 'I admire you as a person'
This is one of those compliments that go deep on so many levels and are often said by women with emotional integrity. You don’t need to be a specific type of person to love this one, but most people want to hear it at least once.
People don't just appreciate seemingly superficial compliments. They have pride in their character, morals, and, frequently, the work they do, too. So when a woman in their life acknowledges something meaningful that someone takes pride in, they won't soon forget it.
4. 'You’re such an amazing provider'
You wouldn’t believe how many people out there take great pride in being a provider and the head of their household. Women with integrity say this to reaffirm their role and show them that you admire everything they do.
Whether they're the sole provider or work on a team with someone else, a person will still be overjoyed to feel seen and to receive this token of gratitude. When women with integrity compliment others for being good providers, they might say things like: "You always take such good care of your family," "I appreciate how hard you work to provide for your family," or "I admire your commitment to providing for your future."
5. 'I feel safe around you'

Trust me when I say that most people absolutely, positively glow like a ball of Christmas lights when they hear this. This is a huge relief for most, considering that most people's biggest fear is being called a negative stereotype, being incapable of affording a safe refuge from the rest of the world. This taps into a person's desire to protect you when you tell them how safe you feel with them.
6. 'I respect you'
This old-fashioned compliment, most often said by women of integrity, will make a person melt, if only because it helps them feel like they're doing okay in your book. Plus, you tap into fulfilling their core needs (love and respect) when you say this to them; as a bonus, you're building up their ego and pride. (And any time you say this phrase, they will be beaming and feeling totally over-the-moon because you did.)
7. 'I’m sorry'
Women with high mental integrity know that when they do something wrong, they should say they're sorry. Unfortunately, for men and women alike, “sorry” is hard to say after you've messed up and need to own up to your wrongdoing.
Taking accountability and acknowledging your misdeeds — or simply being the bigger person after a fight for which both of you are equally guilty — you're demonstrating a level of maturity, empathy, and consideration toward them.
Instead of brooding and feeling misunderstood and unimportant, you've both shown your high self-worth and that you value each other deeply. You care about a person and their feelings, and at the end of the day, you want to resolve your differences and stay on each other's side.
