All of us want to love life and live without regrets, but it's not always possible. The worst thing you could do to yourself is live with regrets, but sometimes it's just part of the experience. You don't want to miss out on doing new things or taking chances in life that would have made you happy or given you the change to make your life better.

It's important to take chances when you can. Do what you think would make you happy because the worst that could happen is it doesn't work out and you move on. But if you don't take a chance and you miss out, you'll live with those regrets forever.

I recently watched a movie called Yes Man. It was about a man who was living a repetitive life that was boring and never changed. Same routine every day, every hour with no change and nothing happening. Anytime anyone invited him to do anything, he turned it down because he would rather have a pity party for himself and not deal with whatever negativity might be out in the world to make his life worse. Little did he know, he was the person making his life worse by holding himself back. In the movie, the main character eventually made the decision to turn his life around and started saying "yes" to everything asked of him or offered his way. He got taken advantage of at first but then it started turning into a good thing and he got so many adventures and cool experiences out of it. He met the love of his life, he learned how to fly a plane, he took trips to cool places. He lived life to the fullest because he was willing to live with no regrets.

This might be an excessive example — there are definitely times when we should say no to things — but the point is, have fun! Live your life and don’t be too afraid to do something just because of ‘what ifs’ that’s not enjoying life. It’s so much more worth it to take a chance and most likely get a good experience out of it and a good story to tell if nothing else. Don’t have regrets, or you’ll regret your regrets.
