About Stacey Huard

I am the Creator and Co-owner of Santosha Yoga and Wellness Therapies.  My passion for Holistic Health was nourished during my studies as a Registered Nurse, though I longed for a fresh approach to wellness and have spent the last 8 years developing a program that I feel humbly guided to share.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance I have had the opportunity to study with great visionaries as well as Yogi legends and am pleased to share the gifts of the practice with anyone willing to try. I am a healer, with education in Reiki and Intuitive Healing as well as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Eating Psychology Coach.

I have learned that when we let go of what no longer serves us and learn to trust, life will take us to places within our hearts that could not possibly be experienced from the old perspective.  Today I am blessed with the opportunity to do what I love and engage with individuals in a profound way. I have been blessed with the ability to recognize when I am not aligned with my truest self and do the work required.

I believe when given the tools and guidance everyone has the ability to feel the part of themselves that is connected to all else. When we do, it is like arriving back home after a long journey in a foreign land. I believe in a world where we trust our own guidance rather than that of the media, in a time where we support and lift each other up rather than compete for who has more. I believe that when we are ready to make the changes required for this shift the universe provides us with the life lessons, the teachers and the desire to create a life that is aligned with the greatest good. I believe this movement can start by treating our bodies as the temples that they truly are. Nourishing who we are from the inside out and watching as it creates ripples through our lives and our communities.

Get ready for an amazing Ride!
