Joy has worked as a Family Therapist specializing in teens and their families for 20 years. She has been shaped and inspired by the many families she has had the pleasure to meet and work with for the past two decades.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin where she developed her passion for working with people and core Social Work values.
Joy also holds a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she developed highly specialized therapeutic skills and gained expertise in issues specific to teens and families.
Joy's expertise is finding individual strengths and showing each person how to use those strengths to improve their lives and relationships.
