I coach highly sensitive people through the information on my website, Sensitive Evolution, and its online courses, The Foundation Course For Sensitive People and A Whole Self Course for Sensitive People. I help highly sensitive people (people whose nervous system acts like a sponge absorbing all of the stimulus in their environment) embrace their special gifts and help them find their place in the world.
Most highly sensitive people do not receive the support they need to become who they are meant to be and I am changing that situation. Highly sensitive people are among the most empathetic, conscientious and creative people in the world. Some of our greatest geniuses are highly sensitive people: Einstein, Robin Williams, and Beethoven were all highly sensitive people. Their gifts are immense if they can learn how to harness their talents for themselves and others.
As a highly sensitive person, I did not understand why I was so different which, when I was young. Since there was no information about the highly sensitive trait, there was no place to go to help me understand my unique nature. At that time being an HSP seemed like a liability, now I think it is an asset – or can be.
Being different made me very curious about the world and how it works and why it works the way it does. I was also curious about my fellow human beings and why there was so much unhappiness in the world. Essentially, I am a synthesist, which means that I investigate many ideas and information and seek understanding and insight. My favorite question is “why?” and I seek the best, the deepest and truest answer I can find for myself and the people I help.
I offer a lot of information to help highly sensitive people see themselves as the wonderful people they are and help them with the tools they need so that they can function more effectively in the world.

I started my adult life working in the health care field, and then, after my MBA, transitioned to the computer industry where I worked for IBM for almost 10 years. Since then I have become a reiki master/teacher and an artist. I am an abstract painter and my art website is: Infinite Shape
