Her organization, Growing Happy Kids, was born out of her global travels and deep wish to help more kids become happier. With a background in psychology, Maureen works closely with parents as well as children to overcome challenges. Her popular blog on Psychology Today titled "Creative Development" covers real-life issues parents are facing now, too (i.e. social media, school choices, bullying, loss, co-parenting, sensitive children and more).
In the Spring of 2012, Maureen's first book about how to raise more confident and happier kids will hit the shelves (HCI Communications).
