Fulton Bibbs was a 17-year-old young man when he was shot and killed on May 12, 2018. He was a passenger in an SUV in the parking lot of a liquor store in Flint, Michigan when the shots rang out and killed him. He was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced dead. 1. There were witnesses

On the night of May 12, 2018, shots rang out in the Liquor Corner store's parking lot. Police responded to the scene just before midnight. Fulton Bibbs was found shot and later succumbed to his wounds at a local hospital. There were several people in the parking lot at the time of Fulton Bibbs' murder. 2. It is a cold case

Fulton Bibbs isn't the only one who was shot in Flint, Michigan around the same time period. Over the course of two months, four people were randomly shot in the city. Marc Anthony Bradley, 18, was walking down the street just before 8pm also on Saturday, May 12th when he was shot and killed. Police found 30-year-old Terrell Montrell Williams laying on the ground on April 26th suffering from gunshot wounds that killed him, and finally, 31-year-old Nicole MacFarlane was found shot to death in a backyard on April 7th.

3. Fulton's life

According to his Facebook page, Fulton went to Academy West High School, worked at Fudruckers and was studying at Mott Community College. Posts on his Facebook page on the night he was shot indicated that he was out and about all evening. He kept posting about being mobile with emojis of trees and leaves— make of that what you will. According to his obituary, he was affectionately called Ray Ray and: “He had a charismatic personality; and enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends. Fulton was very giving and loved to bring home special things for his family to enjoy," reads his obituary. “Fulton was a talented musician, singer and songwriter; releasing several original soundtracks and music videos. He enjoyed playing basketball and watching professional sports.”

4. There are no leads
