getty We tend to rip our bras off as soon as we get home, so the idea of sleeping in a bra sounds rather counterintuitive. But yet, people are wearing sleep bras, and they have some good reasons for doing it.
Whether wearing them to prevent sagging, to keep the girls perky, to fight gravity, or just because you think it’s more comfortable to sleep in a bra than without a bra (hey, different strokes for different folks), we get it.
