When someone asks who your ideal partner is, or who you would most like to date, what do you usually say?
And no, unfortunately, Rihanna doesn't count in this situation.
For many of us, the answer is always something that includes wanting someone to take care of us, someone to make us feel young, or a best friend.
But is that really the answer you want to give when someone asks you that question? Probably not.
At least in my case, my answers would have to be wanting someone who makes really good pasta and can give me some crazy good sex, and I'd be happy.
If we were all a little more honest with ourselves — and others — this is what our real answers would look like.
You definitely don't have to be profound when you think about your ideal date. Let's be honest, it's the little things in a relationship that matter the most.

This blog is full of suggestions of the type of person you should date, including everything from dating someone with an Instagram page full of memes to someone who kisses your forehead after sex.
So while these suggestions are about the little things, they definitely remind you that whoever you date should make you feel special and happy to be with them.
