Well, stick a pin in it, it's over! 90 Day Fiancé's Ashley Marston is a divorced woman. The 32-year-old mother of two filed from divorce from her 21-year-old husband Jay Smith. Throughout their season of the popular TLC show in which couples who are going through the K1 fiance visa process must decide whether ot not to get married within 90 days, the couple's relationship had extreme ups and downs. At one point, Marston found out that Smith was messaging women on Tinder and blew up. Naturally, fans hopes weren't high for the success of their relationship, but also, let's face it, we tune in precisely for that kind of drama. So I guess none of us are too surprised that the couple has called it quits. Ashley Marston, for one, is super relieved to be divorced — and get out their to be single and ready to mingle Who is Ashley Marston?
1. Moving on
Recently, Ashley, who is from Pennsylvania, was in New York City recently celebrating her birthday at the Playboy Club. She had just filed for divorce from Jay Smith for the second time as that news was hitting the press. She admitted that while she admitted that she had been a "train wreck all week," she was feeling better about it with a little time to think. She admitted that she had her heart broken but was trying to get out and move on and was, overall, relieved to be divorced.

2. Why did they split?
Ashley Marston's journey to wedding bliss was first covered on season six of 90 Day Fiancé. She met the then 20-year-old while on vacation attending a wedding in Jamaica. She didn't expect to see him again but he tracked her down on social media and proposed Just six months later when she returned to Jamaica to visit him They got married in May 2018. Ashley filed for divorce the first time in January after she caught Jay talking to other women on Tinder. Nine days later, she withdrew the divorce petition. The couple was spotted out and about together in February. This time, however, she swears the split is for good. She cited adultery as the reason for the divorce and told Us: "Cheating is not OK."
3. Her health issues
In January, Ashley was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive in her home. It turns out she was in kidney failure due to complications from lupus. She underwent surgery a few days later. Her battle with lupus, an autoimmune disorder has been on dialysis since the January health scare and is awaiting a kidney transplant. In the past she had a serious cancer scare that left her unable to have any more children.

4. Her kids and past relationships
Ashley has two children from previous relationships. Her kids are around 11 and seven years old. Ashley was engaged twice before she married Jay. One of those engagements was both unfortunate and dangerous and things got so bad at one point that she pressed charges against her ex-fiance.
5. She is relieved
Getting divorced is hard. Making the decision to get divorced is hard. Having the roller coaster relationship that Ashley and Jay had is exhausting. Ashley posted on IG about being a "broken little girl," saying:
"Behind every Strong woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn to get back up, fix the the broken pieces, and never depend on anyone #bossbabe #fixyourcrownqueen #womansupportingwomen."
But at the same time, she is also relieved and that makes sense. The decision is made. She stepped off the roller coaster that was her relationship. In Beverly Hills, 90210 parlance, she pulled a Kelly Taylor and chose herself.

6. More reality TV?
Ashley and Jay's story —the parts that have already happened —will be on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. She was asked if she'd ever appear on reality television again and said not just would she do that, she'd appear on 90 Day Fiancé again: “Yeah, I would do the show again. I think it was a good experience. It’s exciting to get out and not be super miserable anymore and just to get out and have a good time.”
