5 Zodiac Signs Who Can Always Tell When You're Lying
They can tell you're lying just by looking at you.
Do you know how to tell if someone is lying? What alerts you to the fact that they’re not telling the truth?
In astrology, there are some Zodiac signs with the uncanny ability to detect when someone is lying. They know to look for “tells,” such as rapid eye blinking, closing their eyes, or looking in the opposite direction. It may seem as if these actions are innocuous, but they are signs that someone is not being honest.
A lot of the time, people who are human BS meters have a control conversation to see what a person’s regular communication style is so they have something to compare with. This is not unlike an experiment situation where a researcher has to establish a control group.
Some people are born with the ability to know when someone is lying, and others develop this talent as a way of self-preservation. If you’ve been lied to time and time again, you must learn how to separate truth-tellers from liars. If you don’t, you’re destined to keep being gullible and the the victim of con artists and players.
1. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Good luck trying to get a lie by Virgo! They're like human lie-detectors, only with way less mechanical errors. Virgos are sharp and they gather and analyze information for fun, so don't you think if they had any inkling someone was lying to them, they'd use all their senses to confirm or deny it?
They also have an eye for detail, so nothing gets by them. The funny thing is that liars sense Virgo is onto them almost immediately, and they will start to ramble and shift the blame onto someone else.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Lie to the great communicator? That's funny. If a Gemini gets even the slightest idea that someone is lying, they'll know all the right questions to ask to trip the liar up.
Not only do they know what to ask, but they're also really good at keeping the answers straight, so if the story doesn't add up, Gemini will know. It's not only what people say that alerts Gemini to a lie, it's also the way they say it.
3. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Don't lie to a Scorpio because it will not go over well. It doesn't take Scorpio long to sense that you're lying. They're inquisitive, investigative by nature, and once the detective part of their personality is activated, they won't stop until they discover the truth, no matter how much time and energy they have to put into it.
Once they've confirmed the lie, the liar should know they're put on notice and that someday, in some way, Scorpio will get back at them. Just think of payback as a given when it comes to this zodiac sign.
4. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
It could be because Capricorns tend to be extremely truthful that they're able put two and two together and know when someone is lying. Capricorns lean towards skepticism and cynicism, so they're already on high alert.
It can sometimes take them a while to believe the truth or trust somebody. They'll look the liar straight in the eyes and if the person breaks the eye contact, that's all Capricorn needs to know. You may have to prove to them that you're telling the truth, and if you can't, they will have a hard time ever believing you.
5. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarians are easily able to detect a lie, probably because they're highly intelligent and very observant. If someone answers a question with another question, creates physical distance between themselves and Aquarius, or fidgets, their suspicions are confirmed.
Aquarius don't take lies as a personal affront or as disrespect as some signs do; instead, will forgive you for telling a lie or they may even just laugh it off as a joke. You didn't seriously think they'd buy that outrageous story of yours, did you?
