We all have bad habits that get the best of us. Admit, you know that you have one, too.

No matter how perfect we try to be, we all have habits that are probably holding us down from being our very best.

Bad habits might include biting your nails, forgetting to tie your sneakers, or watching Netflix instead of doing all those chores you’ve been putting off.

We get it — some habits are just hard to break! We’ve all been there and posted the "I'm going to not make this mistake again" status on social media.

And hey, no one’s perfect. We all have days where we forget to turn off all the lights before leaving the house.

We've all had one of those days where we leave our keys in the car and spend a little too much money on stuff we don't need.

It’s a fact that EVERYONE has bad habits.

But if you can identify what your specific bad habits are, then you can work on them before they become bigger problems and wreak havoc in your life or relationships (trust us, it happens).

Trying to identify your bad habits can be SO difficult. When these habits are such a large part of you (and for such a long time), then it can be hard to even notice that you are doing them.

Bad habits come naturally, after all. Trying to break these bad habits can be a challenge and definitely WILL require a ton of patience before you see any real results.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

Aries has a bad habit of biting her nails. It’s understandable — she’s always SO nervous.

Her day is always spent in a rush and she barely has any time for herself.

No matter what it is, she’s always stressed about SOMETHING. When her anxiety gets the best of her, she is known to bite her nails.

Taurus has a bad habit of overspending. The moment she gets her paycheck, she can’t help but head out to the mall and splurge at all her favorite stores.
