The Reason I Became A Helping Professional
Why did I become a helping professional to help those who have been struggling for most of their life with food and their weight? Because I myself used to struggle endlessly with food and my weight. I Know how bad it feels!
I also know how Good it feels to be on the other side. The struggle-free side. And I know that there is no reason that anyone must struggle any longer with food and their weight. Unless one chooses to.
You see, the Bottom Line is: The Mind Leads the Body. Always.
All you need to do is learn exactly how to transform your Inner Self so that YOU can then Drop the Fat, Keep it Off, and Become the YOU You've Always Known You Could Be. Just imagine, how exactly would that transform your relationships if you felt Good in your own skin? If you felt fearless about Being Seen?!
Frankly, it feels fabulous. It's so much better than being in the struggle, and believe me I know what that's like! It's the muckmire, and it doesn't feel good (been there, done that!)

She Stopped Eating out of Boredom
Kathy, one of my permanent weight loss coaching clients, has done just this. While in the past she used to be an emotional eater, she isn't anymore!
She used to eat because she was bored; food was constantly calling to her.
Today, that behavior is a thing of the past. But what did she do? What's her secret?

In the past, she lived like most do: how she felt was a reaction to what was going on "out there". The problem with living by reaction is that you cannot control what's out there! And since you can't, you turn to food.
