Is Larissa From '90-Day Fiance' Getting Deported? New Details On The Latest In The Colt And Larissa Saga
Colt's mother, Debbie, says she's getting deported — but Larissa has other plans.
TLC's hit show, 90 Day Fiance, is filled with nothing but drama and major scenes, yet it's a show you can't turn away from! The latest 90 Day Fiance drama involves none other than Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima, who are taking turns berating each other in the press. But is Larissa from 90 Day Fiance getting deported?
Unlike some couples on the show — who seem to be, at least in the beginning, madly in love with one another — Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima were far from a “happy couple.” Larissa came to the table with a world of secrets — secrets that she’d successfully kept from Colt and his mother, Debbie — and Colt came to the table with a car with no air conditioning, a strange relationship with his cats, and an even stranger relationship with his mother.
After leaked nude pictures (which were, allegedly, fake), domestic violence claims, and general toxicity on both sides, Colt and Larissa have finally done the right thing for themselves — and the rest of us — by calling it quits on their relationship.
For a while, all things went well.
Now, however, things have really taken a turn for the worse, with Colt’s mother Debbie now taking potshots at her ex-daughter-in-law — and Larissa returning fire.
Here’s what we know about the latest 90 Day Fiancé drama.
1. Debbie said that Larissa will be deported.
According to Us Weekly, Debbie Johnson — whose strange relationship has been the subject of much chatter amongst the show’s fans — took to Instagram to post a picture with her son that also seemed to not only throw shade at Larissa, it specifically suggested that she was being deported.
“Everything takes time,” she wrote, according to the outlet. “There is still a Domestic Violence hearing next week and after that she will be deported. It just takes time.”
2. Larissa called shenanigans on these claims.
But according to a different report for Us Weekly, Larissa claims that Debbie is lying about her current citizenship status.
“I woke up this morning, to find messages sent to me, and posted about my legal status in the US,” she said, according to the outlet. “This isn’t true, everything about my status in the US is confidential and will not be disclosed by third parties that [are] not involved in any immigration process with me.”
3. Larissa also claims that Debbie is defaming her.
The Daily Mail reports that Larissa and Debbie — who were shown to be at loggerheads with one another during this and previous seasons of 90 Day Fiancé — are far from getting along with one another.
But Larissa is going one step further and accusing Debbie of defamation.
“As many of you know, my court date is May 30th, it is the last and saddest chapter of my life and I want to finish it as soon as possible to finally have peace,” she said, according to the outlet. “I will not accept defamation of any kind.”
4. But Debbie said she started getting suspicious about Larissa when she lied about her children.
According to E! News, Debbie Johnson said that she started getting suspicious of Larissa and her intentions when she found out about the children she has in Brazil.
Larissa claimed that she left the children behind because she wasn’t sure how her life in America was going to turn out. To protect them — and to provide them with a sense of stability — Larissa felt it was best to leave them behind. Larissa went on to say that Colt knew about her children, and they both felt it was best to leave Debbie in the dark.
But Debbie said that she felt it was deceptive on Larissa’s part. She said that if Larissa could lie about her children, there’s no telling what else she’d be lying about, and she didn’t want to see her son get taken advantage of by Larissa.
It’s clear that this 90 Day Fiancé saga is far from over.
