You don't need to be a billionaire or anything to enjoy them either. All you need is an ice cube tray (you can find them at any discount or home goods store), and a bottle of your favorite champagne or Prosecco. Then pour the champagne evenly into the ice cube tray and let it freeze at least six hours, but overnight is best.
Don't be opening up the door to check on the ice cubes all the time; you don't want to waste energy. Just let the freezer do its thing! When the cubes are frozen (though they won't be as rock solid as regular cubes), pop these effervescent squares of delight into your orange juice, grapefruit juice, or other fruity drink and enjoy. FreshDirect also recommends putting the champagne cubes in ginger ale for a delicious drink.
If you want to really dazzle your brunch guests, set up a mimosa bar and let them make their own creations. Obviously, the champagne cubes won't fizz as much as a direct pour of champagne, but they taste just as good and look spectacular. People will be talking about your mimosa bar for years to come.
