We spend so much times these days logging our gym time and flexing for selfies. Have you stopped to consider if you feel just as much confidence in your mental strength as you do in your ability to push through that 10K? (Or Ironman, for you show-offs.)
To clarify, mental strength is something quite different than mental health, mental wellness, or intelligence — rather, mental strength is defined as the ability to "regulate your emotions, manage your thoughts, and behave in a positive manner, despite your circumstances."
