Hi and thanks for stopping by to meet me, learn more about what I do as a Relationship and Compatibility Coach and how coaching with me can benefit you. You may be assuming that I am only talking about relationships between men and women, but there is a lot more to it than that. Our relationships are the basis for identifying to ourselves who we are in life. Whether we are parents, colleagues, friends or lovers, our most important relationship is with ourselves. It may come as no surprise to you that successful relationships start with self-love and self-acceptance and this is where I come in.

I specialize in helping people gain new insights and tools to create, cultivate and communicate confidently and gracefully for long-lasting ultimate fulfilling relationships.   My clients tell me that when they finally pushed away their fears, increased their self-confidence, and were given an easy to use system for recreating their relationships, not only did they have a whole new positive outlook on life with visions of a beautiful future, but they felt more loveable, more fulfilled and more enthusiastic about their lives in general. They truly believed in their ability to successfully create long-term passionate partnerships and felt more freedom and joy in all other areas of their lives. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing the veil lift and the transformations taking place with an attitude of “I can do it!” and renewed enthusiasm when asking “what’s next?”

I've been an expatriate for 35 years and have weathered the joys and upheavals of living abroad. It's a lifestyle that I thrive on - discovering new cultures, languages and adapting. However, intercultural relationships often carry their own set of challenges that go unaddressed provoking miscommunication and misunderstandings. This is why I also  work with expats, people in intercultural relationships, and others experiencing culture shock and reverse culture shock which can wreak havoc on couples and families.

My background includes over 25 years of international experience in teaching and personal development. I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and NLP Certified Life Coach and Practitioner. While living in France I directed a 24/7 Suicide Crisis Line and worked as a vocational trainer for adults. I have also completed comprehensive training to become a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Assessment known as The Compatibility Index. With this amazingingly accurate assessment, I will tell you in 45 minutes what is holding you back from having the healthy relationships you desire and give you tips for improving all your relationships. You'll experience more joy and less stress in all areas of your life. Who wouldn't want that?

The Reason I Became A Helping Professional

“I live life on the edge and I love the view.”

Bold, spirited and adventurous I traveled to France at 23, met my husband and lived there for 30 years. In spite of my husband and I loving each other deeply and our marriage appearing solid from the outside, deep inside I felt unfulfilled, trying to make things work and feeling that I was not living up to my potential. After 27 years we divorced amicably and I moved to London for a year before returning to Los Angeles.

In my quest to understand the dynamics of my ended marriage, I had some formidable teachers: Divorce and Death. Divorce confirmed that without self-love and self-acceptance, relationships are either doomed to failure or at best will limp along for years with boredom, displeasure and discomfort beneath the surface.

Then, upon returning to Los Angeles, I was delivered devastating news: My ex-husband had brain cancer. Death taught me how to forgive myself, my ex-husband and our relationship, how to truly love unconditionally without limits and how to let go.

No one should have to learn love lessons from Divorce and Death if they don’t have to. My mission is to help men and women stop settling for the mediocre and start experiencing the joyous passionate relationships they deserve and dream of – with themselves and with their partner, beginning today.
